Two founders, two office managers, eight technician leads. Every booking confirmation names the person coming, what zone they live in, and how many years they have been with us.
Founders
Born in Lahore, raised in Sharjah. Spent 2014–2020 at Emaar Community Management as Facilities Lead for the Greens Phase 4 estate (1,400 units). Left to build a transparent, flat-rate home-services company because the market was either unbranded contractors with no accountability or expensive concierge services with no middle. Adnan personally signs off on every 1-star review reply.
Born in Karachi, UAE resident since 2008. Spent 2011–2020 at Etisalat managing a 60-technician copper and fibre install team across Dubai North. Brings the dispatch discipline — every job has a 60-minute arrival window, every technician has a 7am route handed to them by 6:30am the night before, and every late arrival is logged before the customer notices.
Office and field leads
Sara joined as the company's first dispatcher in 2022. Every technician's morning route lands on their phone by 6:30am because she has it built the night before. She is the only person at QuickFix authorised to reschedule a same-day booking after the 9am cut-off.
Aisha runs the inbound line and the WhatsApp queue. If a Google review reply does not pass her read, it does not get posted. She came in from a customer-experience role at noon hospitality and has cut median first-reply time from 26 hours to 2.5 hours.
Imran was the first technician QuickFix hired in 2021. He has personally completed over 1,400 jobs. Holds a Pakistan-trade plumbing certification and has the only QuickFix toolkit with a thermal-imaging camera for hidden-leak detection.
Wasim holds a DEWA Green Card. Co-certified Civil Defence holder for gas-hob installation. Runs the Silicon Oasis route on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Zeeshan trained on Daikin VRV systems before joining QuickFix. Most of our June-to-September AC volume passes through his planning. He is in JVC at 7am every weekday.
Hassan does all our higher-spec joinery work — Burj Vista, Burj Views, and the DAMAC Hills villa run. Before QuickFix he ran a one-man fit-out shop in Karachi.
Rizwan plans the painting schedule a week in advance because two-painter teams need pre-booking. He has painted over 480 flats since joining QuickFix.
Ayesha leads the four-cleaner deep-clean team. Most move-out cleans go through her crew. Holds a basic Dubai Municipality cleaning-products handler certificate.
Bilal joined when QuickFix added pest control in 2025. Holds a Dubai Municipality pesticide handler permit. He runs the Sports City route on alternate days.
