Painting
Single-room repaints, wall-touch-ups, and full-flat repaints between tenancies.

Most painting volume is single-room repaints (move-in) and full-flat repaints (move-out). For both, we use Jotun ProTec interior emulsion as standard. Other brands available on request.
What's included
- Surface prep (sanding, filling, masking)
- Two coats of Jotun ProTec emulsion
- Light fixture and switch-plate masking
- Cleanup and disposal of materials
What's not included
- Furniture moving above 30 kg (we'll work around it)
- Damp-proofing or fungal treatment (separate, requires drying time)
- Specialised finishes (textured, metallic) — quoted on inspection
Common questions
How long does a full-flat repaint take?
A 1-BR is one full day with two painters. A 2-BR is usually a day and a half. We schedule between tenants where possible.
Will you supply the paint?
Yes — Jotun ProTec is included at the listed prices. If you want a different brand, the difference is billed at supplier cost.
Do you do exterior?
Apartment-balcony walls only. Villa exterior is a separate quote that requires scaffolding clearance.
