Switches, sockets, light fittings, and trip-board faults — DEWA-compliant work.
Same-day available24/7 emergencyLead technician: Wasim Ali
All electrical work is carried out by technicians qualified to DEWA Green-Card standard. We do not undertake work that requires a separate Civil Defence approval (e.g. complete distribution-board replacement) — for those we coordinate with a registered MEP contractor and bill straight through.
What's included
- Replacement of switches, sockets, dimmers
- Light-fitting installation (ceiling, wall, pendant)
- Trip-board diagnosis and reset
- Standard cabling inside the unit
What's not included
- Distribution board replacement (requires MEP contractor)
- External cabling between meter and consumer unit
- Solar panel install (separate vertical, contact us for referral)
Common questions
Do I need DEWA approval?
For routine in-unit work — no. The technician's DEWA Green Card covers it. For new circuits or anything that touches the meter, yes.
Can you install a chandelier we bought online?
Yes. Hang weight up to 8 kg is on the price list. Heavier than that, we'll quote on inspection.
Will you certify the work?
We provide a stamped service report on every visit. For developer-required certification on new fittings, that is a separate paper trail handled by the developer's MEP.
