AC work is the bulk of our June–September volume. A standard split-unit service — coil clean, drain pan clear, filter wash, gas pressure check — is a 60-minute job and one of our most-booked items.

What's not included
- Compressor replacement (parts billed separately)
- Ducted-unit access through gypsum ceilings (carpentry coordinated separately)
- Chiller plant work — that's the building's facility manager
Common questions
How often should I service my AC?
Twice a year for split units — once before summer, once after. Three times a year if the unit runs continuously (e.g. server room or shaded balcony enclosure).
There is water dripping from the indoor unit — what is it?
Almost always a blocked drain pan. The drain-line clear price covers it.
What if the gas runs out a month later?
If a top-up runs out within 30 days, the return visit is free and we will diagnose the leak rather than just refilling.
