Our plumbing team handles everything from a slow-draining kitchen sink to a burst pipe at 11 at night. Most apartment-scale jobs are completed inside 90 minutes. We carry replacement aerators, washers, P-traps, and standard tap cartridges on every truck so a typical leak is fixed on the first visit, not quoted on the first visit and fixed on the second.

What's not included
- Replacement of full water-heater units (parts billed separately at supplier cost)

- Building-line work outside your meter (that is the developer's plumber)
Common questions
Will you come in the middle of the night for a leak?
Yes. The after-hours emergency call-out covers water leaks, gas, and electrical faults. Standard call-out fee plus an after-hours surcharge — both are listed on the pricing page.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. Public liability cover is held with Oman Insurance Company. Certificate is available on request via hello@quickfix.ae.
Can you replace the full water-heater?
Yes — the labour is on the price book at AED 320. The unit itself is billed at supplier cost (a standard 80L Ariston is around AED 750–1,100 depending on model).
What if the leak comes back?
If the same fault returns within 30 days, the return visit is free.
